Pediatric Anesthesiologist

The Opportunity: PDAA is a national leader in office-based anesthesia for pediatric dental practices. We partner with pediatric dentists to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for children who require sedation for dental treatment.

Requirements: MD or DO Active Tennessee medical license Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology preferred Clean medical malpractice history Comfortable providing anesthesia independently in an office-based setting Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety Professional, collaborative, and patient-focused Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in being part of a growing organization Must be comfortable performing 100% solo cases

Pay: From $650k-700k first year, 800k second year
