Commercial Counsel

Key responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team to optimize productivity and stakeholder support Guide negotiation strategy and legal risk assessment for various supplier agreements Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support critical transactions and improve operational workflowsRequired qualificationsJD with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal environment, particularly in SaaS and cloud services At least 2 years of in-house experience at a technology company preferred Strong people management experience, including coaching and performance management Deep experience in negotiating technology supplier agreements and advising on data privacy and security Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a focus on business-oriented solutions
