About the Role: The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to provide senior executive leadership for its inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hospital's operational, financial, clinical, and strategic performance, overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, and leading a multidisciplinary executive team. Key responsibilities include maintaining accountability for the hospital's P&L, budgeting, and operational metrics, as well as partnering with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient outcomes and quality standards. The CEO will also be tasked with developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the hospital's market position, and must ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Applicants for the CEO position at the company's inpatient rehabilitation hospital should have significant healthcare leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background as a hospital-based CEO or COO. The role requires a proven track record in healthcare operations, financial performance, and organizational growth, as well as the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong relationships with various stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree in a related field being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare regulatory, quality, operational, and financial requirements, and be capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels.
