Controller Position We are seeking a financial controller to oversee accounting, cash management and the implementation of new workflow / processes. The role comes with a high degree of responsibility and is chiefly accountable for financial oversight, including the supervision of all fiscal activities, such as budgeting, reporting, and auditing for the firm, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Responsibilities include: All day-to-day accounting operations and activities, including A/R and A/P, fixed assets, cash, and other activity Manage the monthly close for all entities, including review of journal entries, inter-company transactions, account analyses, and reconciliations Manage the financial reporting process including legal entity, consolidated, and management reports, as well as monthly analytics, KPI and various P&LsPreparing for the implementation of audited financials for 2026 Cash Management across multiple entities and with frequent cash movement, and oversee cash flow and liquidity management Workflow management software implementation, including AI iniatives Risk Management: Identify and manage potential financial risks to the firm, implementing risk mitigation strategies when necessary. Cost Management: Implement effective cost management strategies to enhance the firm's profitability. Tax Management: Oversee tax compliance, reporting and filing works, and provide strategic tax planning advice to enhance profitability and growth.

Qualifications: CPA with 2-3+ years in public accounting Additional 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting / controller position Strong command of business and accounting principles (US GAAP), including consolidation reporting/elimination entries Skilled with ERP systems; knowledge of Sage Intacct is helpful Experience implementing workflow management software and AIExperience with frequent cash management across multiple entities Ability to design financial processes and controls High accuracy and detail orientation; confident decision-making skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently perform research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actions Proficient in the Microsoft Excel (advanced experience preferred) and AIA mindful, accountable, ethical, responsible, respectful, and collaborative approach to work Compensation Competitive compensation package, with base salary of $165,000 - $250,000 depending on experience Standard benefits available
