Senior Manager, Nuclear Facility Operations

N3B Los Alamos, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Facility Operations, provide technical direction, and ensure safety, security and regulatory compliance across CH-TRU facilities. The role oversees Engineering, Maintenance, and ESH, aligns activities with safety basis, and collaborates with DOE/DFNSB stakeholders to sustain mission goals. You will recruit and develop staff, promote a strong safety culture, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in procedures and performance.
