Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and publication of U.S. GAAP financial statements, coordinating with external auditors
Oversee corporate reporting submissions to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Provide technical accounting guidance and evaluate complex transactions under U.S. GAAP
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or equivalent professional certification
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate reporting or public accounting, preferably in the CPG industry
3+ years of people leadership experience with a focus on talent development and change management
Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems and U.S. GAAP requirements
