The group advises high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, multigenerational wealth transfer, business succession, charitable planning, and trust and estate administration. Attorneys are given meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to manage sophisticated planning and administration matters with increasing independence.
Responsibilities:
- Draft sophisticated estate planning documents
- Advise on complex wealth transfer and estate planning strategies
- Prepare and review gift and estate tax returns
- Handle trust and estate administration matters
- Manage client matters and project flow
- Build direct client relationships
- Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications:
- Strong Trusts & Estates experience
- Experience with complex estate planning techniques
- Trust and estate administration experience
- Gift and estate tax return experience
- Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage matters with limited oversight
