This IT Technician is responsible for one-on-one communication with clients in multiple locations throughout the Washington, Greensburg, and Pittsburgh areas. Travel using personal vehicle is a requirement. This person must have good communication and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job duties include:
Maintenance and support of computer hardware and other computer related equipment Set-up and repair of desktop and laptop computers; including troubleshooting of computer and laptop issues Help desk support including receiving support tickets, identifying resolution and closeout of the tickets Knowledge of Windows operating system is required Knowledge of business environment software is preferredA good problem solver Proficient in networking technology including the ability to set-up network equipment, Have experience with all components of Lan, Wan, Servers, PC's, VPN, Microsoft, etc. Trouble Shooting TCP/IP networks and routers Troubleshoot and identify security issues Dependable
