This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning a skilled manufacturing process, and taking pride in producing quality work. Previous orthotics experience is not required—we will train the right person.
What You'll Do: Manufacture custom orthotic devices following established processes and specifications Operate tools and manufacturing equipment safely and accurately Inspect work throughout the production process to ensure quality Follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate production records Identify and communicate errors, defects, or equipment issues Assist with equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Work with the manufacturing team to meet quality and production goals
What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GEDManufacturing, fabrication, mechanical, maintenance, or other hands-on experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Comfortable working with tools and equipment Able to follow detailed instructions and consistently produce accurate work Basic computer and math skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn a specialized manufacturing process
