Second-Shift Food Production Operator

Pures Food Specialties LLC is seeking a machine operator to run and monitor bakery equipment, ensuring safe, efficient production in a Chicago facility. Responsibilities include setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting lines, reading recipes, following FDA guidelines, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area on rotating shifts. You will work with scales, mixers, and batch records, observe FIFO, label lots, and report safety or quality issues promptly to supervision.
