Merchandising Systems Delivery Lead

What you will do: • Lead merchandising and planning software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.• Turn merchandising, allocation and replenishment requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.

What you bring: • Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.• A record of personally delivering retail technology or merchandising systems implementations at customer sites.• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.
