Key responsibilities:
Coordinate the design and implementation of comprehensive evaluations aligned with project goals
Manage data quality control and generate project databases for performance evaluation
Conduct literature searches and prepare evaluation reports and presentations
Required qualifications:
Master's or doctorate in quantitative methods, education, psychology, public health, or a related field
Experience in small and large-scale data administration and evaluation research in educational settings
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least two statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)
Knowledge of growth modeling and structural equation modeling techniques
Familiarity with Google-based data collection systems and tools like Qualtrics
