Performance Marketing Director

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Director to lead and scale paid acquisition efforts across all digital channels. Reporting to COE leadership and partnering closely with Divisional Marketing Directors, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns — driving measurable revenue growth while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) in a high-consideration automotive DTC environment. You will lead a distributed team of Paid Media Managers and specialists across divisions, translate high-level strategy into divisional execution, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and foster a culture of rigorous testing, attribution accuracy, and continuous improvement.
