Seeking a full-time Personal Injury Lien Resolution Associate to negotiate medical balances and facilitate the disbursement of settled cases in a remote environment, while managing a high-volume caseload and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
Key responsibilities:
Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision
Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances, and submit reduction requests
Maintain accurate records of negotiations and coordinate with attorneys for settlement preparation
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury reductions or medical bill negotiation
Direct experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers
Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
Experience with legal case management software; Litify experience preferred
Proven ability to manage a high-volume reductions caseload independently
