The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership and strategic direction in the development and implementation of the enterprise data and AI engineering ecosystem. This includes owning the vision, governance, and execution model for the enterprise data supply chain that supports advanced analytics, data science, and generative AI initiatives. The role involves defining and leading the enterprise strategy for data and generative AI engineering, establishing standards and operating models, and ensuring that investments are aligned with business outcomes and regulatory expectations. The VP will also be tasked with leading cross-functional collaboration to meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, as well as driving organizational readiness through talent strategy and capability development. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in engineering, platform, or enterprise technology, including 5 years in technical leadership. The role requires a strong understanding of LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, APIs, workflow automation, and enterprise integration, as well as experience in building AI solutions for corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in enterprise SaaS or AI platform administration, knowledge of modern data architectures, and experience with AI governance and access controls. Strong financial management skills and the ability to work effectively across various business and technology domains are essential.
