This role will oversee vendor performance, track compliance with service agreements, and coordinate wireless capital improvement projects across multiple facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with service providers and internal teams to monitor service quality, address performance issues, and provide clear reporting on contracts, projects, and risks.
Responsibilities:
Monitor vendor performance against contractual requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collect, validate, and analyze service data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare monthly SLA reports, KPI dashboards, weekly status updates, and additional reports as needed.
Maintain contract records, amendments, performance documentation, and correspondence.
Develop and maintain procedures for performance monitoring, reporting, escalation, and compliance tracking.
Document service deficiencies and non-compliance events, coordinate corrective actions, and track issues through resolution.
Coordinate planning and tracking for wireless capital improvement projects, including scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource needs.
Maintain risk registers and issue logs, including mitigation plans, escalation activities, and resolution status.
Review vendor deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and contractual compliance.
Support audits by organizing documentation and coordinating responses.
Facilitate meetings with vendors, operational teams, capital program staff, and other stakeholders.
Maintain meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and project documentation in the designated repository.
Required Qualifications:
At least four years of project management experience.
Experience supporting or managing IT managed-services engagements.
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
Experience tracking IT project scope, schedules, deliverables, and quality assurance or quality control activities.
PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
Ability to support compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Availability to work primarily on-site in the New York/New Jersey area.
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL certification.
Experience in telecommunications, IT operations, or infrastructure management.
Experience with enterprise-scale IT outsourcing or managed-services transitions.
Familiarity with environments that follow ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II standards.
Experience with change management and stakeholder coordination.
