An established and growing independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth clients is seeking a proven business development professional to drive new client growth and play a meaningful role in the firm's continued expansion.
What You'll Do:
- Build and close relationships with HNW prospective clients
- Own the full prospect-to-close process and drive new AUMBuild a self-generated pipeline and professional referral relationships
- Leverage firm marketing resources, events, and inbound opportunities
- Represent the firm through networking and conferences
- What's Offered$120,000-125,000 base + performance-based compensation tied to AUM, including a three-year trial2 days in office / 3 days remote

- What You Bring 3+ years of wealth management or financial-services business development experience
- Proven success generating and closing new business
