Aerospace Coatings Lead — Producibility & Innovation

GE Aerospace is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer – Coatings Manufacturing Readiness to drive design for manufacturability, coatings development, and supplier coordination for complex aerospace components. You will ensure readiness, quality, timeliness, and cost targets while improving producibility and reducing risk. The role requires hands-on coating process development, interaction with DoD customers, and collaboration across Design Engineering and Supply Chain.
