The Role: Defense-side litigation in tort / GL / products / catastrophic injury matters Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery Handle depositions and work directly with clients and opposing counsel Support trial prep and strategic litigation work Compensation Up to $275k depending on experience Must-Haves Active Washington Bar (mandatory)3+ years tort / products / GL experience preferred (all levels considered)Strong academics + excellent writing, research, and analytical skills Defense-side mindset
