Systems Engineer

Location: This position is 100% onsite in King of Prussia, PA. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Experience/Education: Must have a minimum of a Top Secret clearance and willing to upgrade clearance to TS/SCI and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customers request- Contract requires TS/SCI with poly. Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Software Engineering, or a related Science or Engineering. BS with 2-4 Years of experience or MS with 0-2 years of experience Knowledge/training of system engineering concepts, to include independent testing and data verification, requirements, and development of concept of operations. Strong written and oral communication skills, with emphasis on briefing to obtain decisions and solve technical issues and test plans/reports writing Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to learn, solve problems and perform in a dynamic work environment Preferred Skillset: Knowledge of sensor imaging systems, products, and exploitation processes Knowledge of image product tasking, collection, processing, exploitation and dissemination (TCPED) Peraton Overview Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Target Salary Range$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
