Litigation Associate (PAGA)

What You'll Do: Manage complex employment litigation matters independently Assist with wage & hour class action and PAGA strategy, discovery, motion work, and mediations Analyze wage & hour data and prepare detailed legal documents Collaborate with senior attorneys and communicate directly with clients Handle all aspects of litigation from start to finish

What We're Looking For: 4–8 years of employment litigation experience (including 2+ years with wage & hour class action/PAGA) Licensed to practice in California Strong legal writing, research, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and team-minded Hybrid role based in San Diego, CA In-office at least 2 days/week (Wednesdays + Tuesday/Thursday) We will also consider candidates in Orange County and Los Angeles who are willing to travel to downtown San Diego on an as-needed basis.
