About The Opportunity:
This is an exceptional opportunity to be the first attorney hire at a YC-backed startup that's transforming immigration law. You'll build the practice alongside a seasoned attorney and leverage AI-powered tools.
What You'll Do: Manage end-to-end caseloads for various visa petitions
Conduct client consultations for visa strategy
Draft, review, and submit petitions
Codify creative case-building methods into playbooks
Provide product feedback for AI-assisted tools
What You Bring (required)
Experience in business immigration
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in any US state.
Experience with O-1, EB-1A, or NIW visa petitions
Strong legal writing skills for persuasive arguments
Ability to advise founders and engineers directly
Skills: arguments, visas, petitions, consultations, immigration
