Compensation:
- Direct from Training: $760,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan
- With 3 or More Years of Practice Experience: $800,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan
- Sign-on bonus Educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable$5,000 professional expense allowance
- Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
