The Successful Candidate Will Possess: • Proven track record executing multi-million dollar S&C & MEP renovations in public-sector (MUSH) markets. • Strong leadership in cost control, change management, and building long-term client relationships. • Valid driver's license and excellent technical communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
- OSHA 30 certification (minimum).Preferred Knowledge:
- PMP, CEM, CMVP, or LEED AP certifications.
- Familiarity with HVAC, controls, renewables (PV/BESS), and IPMVP savings verification.
