Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Trimmerto join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on production role, you will trim rubber components, inspect finished products, and prepare parts for packaging while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities: Trim rubber components using an X-Acto knife and small hand tools with precision. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards. Identify and report defective or non-conforming products. Sort, count, and package completed parts according to production requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and productivity. Work effectively as part of a production team.

Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to safely and accurately use small hand tools. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus butnot required .
