You will deliver personalized service, handle diverse requests, and support event bookings while upholding CORE: guidelines. You'll use Salesforce, MEWS, and Aloha to manage profiles, upsell offerings, and ensure seamless guest experiences across spaces, suites, and cultural programming in New York.
