Data Analytics Lead (BI & Data Strategy)

Location: Miami, FL Position Type: Contract-to-Hire Duration: July 6, 2026 – January 29, 2027 Open Positions: 1Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Data Analytics Lead to drive Business Intelligence (BI), analytics strategy, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a leader who can both build and execute—someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves while simultaneously developing and leading a high-performing analytics team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing and scaling the organization's Data Analytics Center of Excellence (COE), creating a data-driven culture, and delivering impactful business insights through modern BI and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Business Intelligence and analytics solutions. Build and mentor a high-performing Data Analytics team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute the roadmap for a Data Analytics Center of Excellence (COE).Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Create executive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive strategic decision-making. Establish data governance, reporting standards, and analytics best practices. Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-quality data solutions. Promote adoption of self-service analytics and data literacy across the organization. Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience Leadership & Communication: Proven experience leading analytics, BI, or data teams. Strong leadership mindset with a hands-on, "player-coach" approach. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience establishing or leading a Data Analytics Center of Excellence (COE).Background in modern cloud-based analytics platforms. Experience scaling analytics teams and processes within growing organizations. Strong understanding of enterprise data strategies and governance frameworks.
