In-House Counsel — Commercial Contracts & Compliance

Interstates is seeking an Associate Counsel to support a growing in-house legal team involved in commercial contracts, governance, employment, and IP matters. You will work with leaders across Sales, Operations, and Finance to enable smart business decisions while managing risk. Ideal candidates have a J.D., a valid U.S. license, and 0–3 years of experience with strong research, writing, and negotiation skills. Travel is minimal, and opportunities exist for broad exposure to corporate matters.
