This is a great opportunity for that Project Manager working for a general contractor to make the switch to the Owner/ Developer side of the industry. Requirements for the position:5-8+ years of experience working with a reputable General Contractor 4 year degree in construction or related field Experience the managing or building of multifamily projects Estimating and preconstruction knowledge a plus
