Manager of Hotel Openings & Transitions

Responsibilities: Present to large groups of hotel management and ownership teams, sharing critical updates and plans. Guide hotels through all critical and brand-recommended opening tasks using our online tools. Oversee initialization of new hotels across sales, marketing, reservations, and global distribution systems. Tackle unique challenges—like expedited openings or special requests—with creativity and precision. Ensure all hotel information in GDS, PIM, CRS, and brand websites is accurate and fully optimized. Contribute to process improvements and support a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple openings at once. Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Proven project management experience with the ability to work independently and keep teams on track. Experience delivering outstanding customer service and managing relationships at all levels, including senior management. 5+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in branded hotels, and 3+ years of management experience. Will ingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%+).
