Company Description: Merch.com designs custom swag, promotional products and corporate gifts from scratch for companies, and ships them worldwide. We run production on three continents, our own design studio, warehousing, kitting and fulfillment, and branded company stores, all on software we build ourselves. We are a small team that moves fast and gives people real ownership.
Role Description: This is a full-time, remote Account Manager role in promotional products. You sell branded merchandise programs to companies and grow them into long-term accounts. You own the relationship from the first call to the reorder. We handle design, sourcing, production, warehousing and invoicing, so your time goes to clients, not operations. You will:
  • Win new accounts and grow the ones you have
  • Run discovery, build proposals with our design team, and close
  • Keep a pipeline you can forecast honestly
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in the promotional products industry
  • Experience as an account rep selling promotional products
  • Based in the USThe drive to work without being chased
Pay$90,000 to $155,000 base depending on experience, plus commission. On-target earnings $125,000 to $250,000 or more. Experienced promo reps with an established book of business get a package built around their book.
