Lead Grid-Scale Systems Engineering

ON.energy is seeking a seasoned leader to head its Systems Engineering team, translating product strategy into verifiable system solutions for grid-scale storage and UPS technology. You will establish governance across architecture, requirements, interfaces, risk, verification, and design transfer, while building capability and ownership for multi-domain programs from concept through field deployment across our global customer base.
