Key responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and continuous improvement of the Jobs Engine, integrating labor market data to enhance job analysis capabilities
Serve as an expert on AI implementation, collaborating with product managers and engineers to translate scientific requirements into effective AI-powered systems
Drive scientific rigor by applying I-O psychology principles to ensure compliance with professional and legal standards in AI products
Required qualifications:
Graduate degree in I-O Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field; a doctoral degree is a plus
Demonstrated experience in ML engineering with production-grade systems
Experience applying modern NLP methods to behavioral or labor market data
Minimum of 3 years of applied industry experience; 5+ years preferred
Familiarity with occupational taxonomies or cognitive ability frameworks is a significant plus
