Set-up/Mold Clean TechnicianA Shelbyville company is hiring a set-up/mold technician to their growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is okay working alone but can also work with a team, and someone who likes working at a fast pace.
Pay & Benefits:
$25.78 an hour Attendance Bonus Opportunities. Vacation available at hire on. Overtime Opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision available 1st of month after hire on. Maintenance training programs available, vacation purchase program, and more!
Schedule:

Requirements:
Technician will perform equipment changeovers and confirm molding conditions. Identify abnormal defects and follow reaction plan. Perform tool cleaning as required. Troubleshoot press set-ups. Confirm 1st cycle quality checks, new set-up quality checks, and accept responsibility to produce best quality possible. Must have mechanical ability, knowledge, and trouble shooting skills. Must be able to lift up to 70lbs. Must have high school diploma or GED. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
