Superintendent

The Role: As Superintendent, you will provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction, managing subcontractors, schedule, and budget while ensuring specifications and federal requirements are strictly followed. You'll serve as the on-site leader, responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities include: Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on the critical path to ensure timely completion Perform quality control across all phases of construction Communicate with the project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals Ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work Coordinate required inspections with local and federal jurisdictions and agencies Identify and resolve field conflicts, and maintain a written daily jobsite log Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate the work

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of verifiable experience as a Superintendent Strong knowledge of trades, blueprints, and jobsite coordination Comfortable managing multi-state work across the DMV corridor Desirable: Experience in federal government or laboratory space environments OSHA 30 certification CQM certification Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) and Google Suite
