Responsibilities:
Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from deal stage to close. Handle UHNW residential real estate transactions from inception to close. Work effectively as part of a small team. Manage deals that involve purchasing land for development.
Qualifications
Must have: 7 or more years of commercial real estate experience.
Required Skills:
Experience with complex commercial real estate transactions. Experience with UHNW residential real estate transactions. Ability to independently handle transactions from start to finish. Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with real estate purchases for land development Coordination with investment firms and family offices
