The successful candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizer and chemicals to crops and performing various agricultural tasks. Regular hours during the off season will be around 40 hours a week and seasonal hours during the months of April-July and September-October may include evenings, weekends and overtime. Pay range depending on experience is $22-$25 plus bonuses Pro-Ag offers competitive compensation with bonuses and benefits package including 401k with match, health, dental, vision and other ancillary benefits. Clothing and work boot allowances, paid holidays, PTO, ESST and PFML.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift 50lbs Forklift use Commercial License and/or applicator license is a plus, or willingness to obtain Duties include but are not limited to: Applicate fertilizer and chemical Fertilizer & Grain Handling Loading and unloading grain bunker Warehouse duties, including loading bagged feed Tender truck driving Equipment and facility maintenance Other duties as assigned

Pro-Ag has nine facilities located in the following communities - Alexandria, Brandon, Clarissa, Eagle Bend, Garfield, Henning, Hoffman, Parkers Prairie and Urbank. The major products and services handled by the cooperative include bulk fertilizer blending and application, crop protection products and application, seed sales, bulk and bag feed manufacturing, sales and delivery, grain storage/marketing, propane and bulk fuel delivery.
