Job Title The duties include: Maintaining hand receipts for medical and nonmedical equipment located in the hospital, outlying clinics, and services, and outlying veterinary clinics. Maintaining automated Property Records for government and non-government property hand receipt holders. Entering all transactions into Defense Medical Logistics Supply Systems (DMLSS).Processing appropriate paperwork for adding and deleting items from the property book as accountability changes. Maintaining document registers and master card files on all non-standard numbers assigned and compiling information daily as feeder data for monthly report. Posting stock record accounts, property disposal losses, lateral transfer gains and losses, and inventory adjustments.
