IT Operations Manager

What you will be doing: Lead and develop the IT Operations team, including project execution, employee performance, and resource management. Oversee IT infrastructure operations, monitoring, patching, backups, and system availability Manage change and incident management processes to ensure service reliability and minimize downtime. Collaborate with Information Security to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with security standards. Lead technology projects, coordinate vendor relationships, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
