Location: United States (Remote with Travel)
About ParkRollParkRoll is transforming the way hotels, commercial parking operators, airports, and enterprises manage and monetize parking. Our platform enables organizations to digitize parking operations, increase utilization, create new revenue opportunities, and deliver a seamless parking experience for guests, employees, residents, and event attendees. As we continue to expand across the United States, we are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead our commercial growth and rapidly expand our nationwide parking network.
The Opportunity: This is a high-impact leadership role for a sales professional who already has an established network within the U.S. parking industry and understands how parking owners, operators, and management companies evaluate new technology partnerships. The ideal candidate is someone who has successfully sold parking technology, parking management services, mobility solutions, or parking marketplace platforms and can immediately open doors across the industry.
What You'll Do: Build and expand ParkRoll's parking network across the United States. Identify, engage, negotiate, and onboard:
  • Commercial parking garages
  • Hotel and resort parking facilities
  • Parking operators and management companies
  • Airport parking providers
  • Healthcare campuses
  • Universities and educational institutions
  • Mixed-use developments
  • Municipal parking organizations
Develop strategic partnerships with parking owners, operators, and enterprise customers. Own the complete sales lifecycle-from prospecting and relationship building through contract negotiation and successful onboarding. Build a strong enterprise sales pipeline and consistently exceed revenue and partnership targets. Represent ParkRoll at industry conferences, networking events, and customer meetings. Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and customer success teams to support customer growth and long-term retention. Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to influence product strategy.
What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Demonstrated success selling into the U.S. parking industry.
  • Existing relationships with parking owners, operators, hospitality groups, airports, municipalities, universities, or commercial real estate organizations.
  • Experience working with or selling solutions related to:
  • Parking aggregators
  • Parking management companies
  • Mobility platforms
  • Commercial parking operators
  • Airport parking operators
  • Parking technology companies
  • Strong enterprise sales, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent executive communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across the United States as needed.
