VP, Holdings Strategy & Private Equity Deals

New Spring Capital seeks a Vice President to join our Holdings Strategy. You will originate and negotiate new platform investments, manage a team of investment professionals, and work with top-tier operators of our platform companies to drive outcomes. You will lead deal origination, due diligence, and modeling, mentor investment staff, and support fundraising and investor relations while contributing to strategic planning in the Holdings Strategy.
