EXECUTIVE ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER – BRAIN HEALTH TRANSFORMATION

ABOUT THE ROLE: Executive Advisory Board Member – Brain Health Transformation is a high-impact advisory opportunity for accomplished healthcare executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, investors, operators, and innovation leaders who want to help shape the future of brain health through innovation, precision medicine, and strategic leadership. Advisory Board Members provide strategic guidance to ATCA's leadership team as the organization expands its national footprint, develops strategic partnerships, and advances a new model of Alzheimer's and cognitive healthcare. Members collaborate with nationally recognized physicians, healthcare innovators, and executive leaders committed to transforming patient care. This advisory position requires approximately 1–2 hours per month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide strategic guidance on organizational growth, commercialization, and long-term business strategy.• Advise leadership on healthcare innovation, strategic partnerships, reimbursement, and operational excellence.• Introduce strategic relationships across healthcare systems, physician organizations, diagnostics, biotechnology, life sciences, employer health, and investment communities.• Participate in periodic virtual Advisory Board meetings and provide ongoing strategic insight.• Support the continued expansion of ATCA's precision medicine approach to Alzheimer's disease and cognitive decline.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: We welcome applications from accomplished leaders with experience in one or more of the following:• Healthcare executive leadership• Physicians with leadership, innovation, or practice-building experience• Healthcare services or provider organization leadership• Biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries• Digital health or healthcare technology• Healthcare entrepreneurship or company scaling• Corporate strategy, business development, or innovation• Private equity, venture capital, family office, or healthcare investing• Employer health, payer organizations, or value-based care• Board, advisory board, or governance experience Ideal candidates include physicians, healthcare executives, founders, operators, entrepreneurs, and investors with a demonstrated history of building organizations, leading innovation, scaling businesses, or influencing strategic healthcare initiatives.
