Senior Lean & CI Leader — Site Transformation

Novo Nordisk A/S in Petersburg, VA, is seeking a senior CI/Lean leader to drive continuous improvement across the site. You will implement CI tools, train staff, and lead cross‑functional projects to enhance production and quality. A strong background in pharma manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma is required.
