Overview: Sentara Medical Group is seeking an Inpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our highly respected Sentara Neurology Specialists team at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center. Position Highlights:
  • 100% Inpatient Neurology
  • Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCall during scheduled hours only — no nights, no additional weekend call
  • Manageable patient volume (10–12 patients per day)

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with hands-on clinical training
  • Active Virginia NP or PA license
  • Current DEA license
  • Ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a high level of clinical independence

The base pay range for full-time employment is $107,785.60 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
