To support the next generation of large-scale data center development, the remote Mechanical Engineer for Data Centers will shape mechanical strategies, assess cooling systems and mechanical factors, and serve as a trusted technical advisor during the early stages of project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities: Shape mechanical strategies for data center campuses during site feasibility and early development Assess cooling systems, water requirements, and other mechanical factors affecting project viability Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create coordinated infrastructure strategies
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience supporting data centers or mission-critical facilities Working knowledge of data center cooling and campus-scale mechanical systems Experience with feasibility, conceptual engineering, and early-stage design Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to evaluate mechanical systems from both technical and development perspectives
