Overview: A leading Am Law 100 law firm is seeking Healthcare Litigation Attorneys to join its Denver practice. Attorneys with 3+ years of litigation experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be a driven team player with excellent litigation, legal writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills. Candidates should be self-starters who can handle assignments with minimal supervision while working effectively in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Handle healthcare litigation matters from inception through resolution. Brief and argue motions. Take and defend depositions. Lead written discovery efforts. Conduct legal research and develop case strategy. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents. Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties. Manage assignments independently with minimal supervision Assist with settlement negotiations and trial preparation.

Qualifications: Must be licensed and admitted to practice law in Colorado.3+ years of litigation experience required. Experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, professional liability, or related litigation preferred. Experience briefing and arguing motions is required. Experience taking and defending depositions is required. Experience leading written discovery is required. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong oral advocacy and persuasive speaking skills. Ability to manage assignments independently. Strong academic background preferred. Trial experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
