Incident Command Lead - IT Reliability

PNC is seeking an Incident & Problem Consultant within the First Response SRC to lead major IT incidents and coordinate rapid resolutions. The role supports both incident and event management with wardrobe of alerting dashboards and cross‐functional teams across critical systems, including online banking platforms. Some remote work in select locations is possible. The ideal candidate has aBachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong analytical skills.
