Regional Sales Director Rare Disease Launch Leader

Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Sales Director in Houston to lead a high-performing field-based sales team and drive the growth of a rare disease product. You will recruit, mentor, and develop the team, execute regional business plans, and build strong hospital/IDN partnerships to ensure successful product launches. You will engage diverse clinical stakeholders, guide cross-functional launch readiness, and influence payer and access strategies to optimize market access and commercial results.
