Hybrid Retro & Transactions Finance Specialist

Swiss Re is seeking a proactive finance professional to join the Legacy Retro and Transactions team within P&C Reinsurance Operations. You will manage retrocession finances, act as the main point of contact for external retro clients, and prepare regulatory and management reports. The role requires a college degree, 3 years in a finance or operations role, and strong Excel and communication skills. A hybrid work model applies, with three days in the office weekly.
