Corporate Paralegal Insurance & Governance (Hybrid, Equity)

Hippo Insurance is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support regulatory filings, corporate governance and licensing across our hybrid Austin/Dallas and Morristown operations. You will help manage contracts, records, and board activities while coordinating with our General Counsel and compliance teams. You will draft filings, maintain biographies of officers and directors, perform basic legal research, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
